The firm also has expertise in the protection and enforcement of the rights of secured creditors, and in all aspects of the area of personal bankruptcy.
-Corporate/Partners: Consultation as to the benefits and drawbacks of all forms of business entities, with the ability to implement all legal business decisions ranging from the relatively simple act of incorporation to sophisticated and complex transactions such mergers, dissolutions, and business sales or purchases.
