Free Initial Consultation?

Yes. One hour for estate planning clients. Half hour for probate and trust administration clients.

Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

Most estate planning services are provided on a fixed fee basis. A basic estate plan for a married couple (consisting of a living trust, Wills, durable powers of attorney, healthcare directives, marital property agreement, and deed to title home in trust) is generally between $3,250 and $4,750 for a couple. We need to understand each person's financial situation and estate planning goals in order to provide advice and make recommendations.

Cynthia Catalino

Catalino Law

Prior to forming Catalino Law Offices in 2004, I practiced for over 8 years in the Trusts and Estates Departments of two national law firms, Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, in Los Angeles, and the Orange County office of Baker & Hostetler LLP.

My experience teaching seminars and answering questions from lawyers and accountants regarding effective estate planning techniques has helped me in my practice.

I enjoy problem solving and communicating solutions to clients.

My goal is to provide personalized service of the highest quality to individuals and families with an approach that is easy to understand, thorough and effective. Estate planning made easy.

Personal interests: I enjoy sports and spending time with family and friends.
