David L. Curl focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury litigation, insurance defense, civil trials and construction law. Born in Paris, Ill., Mr. Curl received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he was named to the Order of Barristers and was a member of the Moot Court Board. He was admitted to the bar in Illinois in 1977, Arizona in 1980, and Texas in 1988. He is admitted to practice in federal court and has argued or briefed cases in the 5th Circuit, the 7th Circuit, the 9th Circuit, the Court of Appeal for the Federal Circuit, and U.S. Supreme Court. Born in Flint, Michigan, Mr. Glasson received his undergraduate degree from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1978, and his law degree from Southern Illinois University in 1991.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Glasson worked as a carpenter, and spend five years in nuclear power plant construction, primarily as a document reviewer and as an investigator. He also worked for more than twelve years as a property and casualty claims adjuster for a major insurance carrier. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Glasson also worked for more than three years as staff counsel for a major insurance carrier.
