The CPA Attorney

The CPA Attorney

Most business problems involve money and finances. Being a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and an attorney means I can tackle your problem from both the legal side and monetary side. Two in one, double the value at the same price.

Todd Lenczycki

I have been a practicing business-litigation attorney for nearly 10 years. Before becoming an attorney, I was a public accountant in the Phoenix area doing financial audits for small publicly traded companies and larger private corporations. I have a background in all contract, business, security, and transactional disputes. I have also done personal injury and can handle those cases as well.
I have found that being a CPA and an attorney allows me to provide services that a regular attorney cannot. The financial aspect of your case is equally important as the legal argument and must be analyzed at every step.
