What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Exceptional Client Service

When issues as important as your finances, home and future are at stake, you should have the counsel of an attorney who is dedicated to your needs. This requires one-on-one service from an attorney who understands your financial situation and who is available to answer your questions. This is the type of client service we provide at Cope Law Offices, LLC.

Attorney Russ B. Cope was once approached by an individual in bankruptcy court who asked, "Are you my attorney?" This will not happen to you when you hire Cope Law Offices, LLC. You will meet your lawyer during your free initial consultation and will work with him throughout the bankruptcy process. Our friendly, helpful staff is also available to assist you when you call or visit the office.

Affordable Fees and Payment Plans

Unlike most bankruptcy firms, we offer the option of installment plans. The benefit of paying in installments is that you can tell your creditors you are being represented by an attorney. When you make the first payment, you can give your creditors our contact information and direct them to call us. Most creditors call us to verify representation. This conversation often puts an end to creditor harassment before the bankruptcy is filed.

We have five office locations in southwestern Ohio: Dayton, Springfield, Vandalia, Lebanon and Mason. We represent people from these cities as well as additional surrounding communities. To schedule a free initial consultation with an attorney, please call 937-401-5000 or , or contact us online.

We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code
