Estate Planning Probate is hourly.
As a parent of young children I have always been trying to figure out the best way to protect them. I began to discover that many estate plans left minor children unprotected in most situations that they are likely to face. This failure for clients also extended to a clients that do not have children. Trusts are setup and never funded or updated. In the end families are spending a lot of money for a plan that fails them. My mission is to provide a plan that works.
I also found that assisting in probate is a great way to help families through a time of grief by minimizing their stress around probating an estate. Additionally it provides me exposure to families that are experiencing probate first hand. Many times I am able to help those people create plans that will avoid probate when they die.
Our plans are not cookie cutter. We develop comprehensive plans that are designed for you and your particular situation. I started out my career as a litigator. I later transitioned to Estate Planning after being mentored by some of the brightest minds in Estate Planning. I now use my skills to help clients avoid Court and the conflict that comes with it. However, if my clients need to go to Court I do have the skills and ability to assist in those situations.
