Providing aggressive representation in all areas of domestic disputes
Approximately 99% of the firm's representation is devoted to family law. We represent both men and women in all areas of domestic disputes. We provide aggressive representation, however, our primary goal is to assist parties in resolving their disputes as efficiently as possible. We focus on the long term effects of divorce and custody, taking into consideration, not only the financial aspects, but also the emotional and psychological trauma associated with the breakup of a family. The firm has experience in cases involving substantial assets and property, the valuation of businesses and stock options, complex mental health issues, as well as pensions and retirement funds. We have been successful in the Court of Special Appeals convincing the appellate court that the Circuit Court made errors which warrant the case be returned to the trial court for reconsideration. Conversely, we have successfully defended the judgment of the Circuit Court in the appellate court, when it was beneficial to our client.
