Daniel Ciment started his legal career as a collections attorney. He employed approximately 60 collectors that called consumers all over the United States to collect unpaid credit card debt. He also sued consumers in Texas for these unpaid debts. After seeing how his collectors treated consumers and the effects that it had on them, he made the decision that he was on the wrong side of the field and made the decision to switch sides and defend consumers from harassing and abusive debt collectors.
