A former shareholder with a large community association oriented practice, Mrs. Pape opened the firm in April of 2012, to serve her clients in the best manner possible.

Prior to focusing on Community Associations law, her practice was devoted to civil litigation in the area of real estate development, land use, debt collection and corporate and contracts law.

The principal in the firm, Lella Amiss E. Pape, has extensive litigation experience with unique problems of Condominium and Community Associations, as well as eviction and collections from tenants in commercial common interest properties, and has been a frequent participant and educator in the programs of numerous professional organizations, including the Community Associations Institute all aspects of Corporate and Real Estate law, condominium law, including litigation and general civil litigation for over 27 Years.

Our associate (and engineer), Richard Hebert, PE, CFCM (A Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, which validates education, training, experience, and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation), has extended experience in construction/structural warranty litigation and small business consultations, as well as collections and civil litigation.

Our three (3) paralegals are experienced in real estate matters and residential and commercial co rs. Pape is very active in Community Associations Institute, and was awarded the Rising Star award on 2007.
