Experience - We have experience in many areas of the law: real estate law, housing rights, corporate, partnership and financial institution litigation, unfair business practices and trade secret disputes, to name a few. We also know how to approach litigation from both sides, regularly representing plaintiffs and defendants, but also having worked for the client and as the client. Appreciating how decisions are considered from a client's perspective gives us an advantage we can put to maximum use representing plaintiffs and defendants, businesses and individuals.

Flexibility - Many large firms will not take matters on contingency and their ability to offer flexible hourly rates is limited. We offer competitive hourly rates. We also offer alternative billing, from flat fees and traditional contingency arrangements to reverse (defense) contingency and blended rates.

We also have relationships with excellent attorneys and law firms. With the client's consent, we may propose partnering with other firms on a co-counsel arrangement if the size or type of case justifies it. Bringing in resources on an as-needed basis not only allows us to staff a case with the appropriate level of experience, but allows us to keep overhead low.
