The Cady Law Firm has an established reputation in the Kansas City and local area legal community for successfully representing injured persons in personal injury matters. We have obtained significant verdicts and settlements for our clients. The Cady Law Firm emphasizes listening to our clients, determining each client's goals, and answering any questions that arise. We will not hesitate to aggressively protect a client's rights and pursue litigation should that prove to be the best way to meet a client's goals and maximize their recovery.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

We believe strongly that we should give back to the community. We take cases that provide an opportunity to correct unsafe conditions, reckless behavior, and dangerous products on the part of defendants. We know the best way to deter unsafe behavior on the part of individuals and corporations is to obtain full and fair compensation for all of our clients' injuries and losses.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

Cady Law Firm LLC has more than 20 years of civil litigation experience, including extensive proficiency in cases involving catastrophic injuries and death.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We treat every client as though they were a member of our own family. We believe that to be truly effective we must love our clients. We believe strongly that we should give back to the community and we do so through our work and through volunteering our time for charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Boy Scouts of America and Harvesters. John R. Cady received the Volunteer of the Year Award for the State of Missouri from Missouri Trial Lawyers Care.
