Firm Overview

Two aggressive trial attorneys with more than 50 years of combined experience in complex commercial litigation of nearly every kind.

After knowing each other since the late 1980s and practicing in separate successful commercial litigation firms over the last two decades, Robert Burford and Brent Perry joined together on a single case in 2014.

The experience went so well for both them and their client thatwhen the case settled in early 2015they decided to form a new law firm. Burford Perry is a firm focused on commercial litigation for clients who want aggressive, efficient representation, whether as plaintiffs or defendants.

We work with our clients to define the clients' goals early in the representation and then develop a plan for achieving them. Just like our clients, we expect great results.
