We focus on being community lawyers, lawyers people can trust and turn to in their times of need or family planning. Each lawyer takes it upon themselves to take a personal interest in the case and to advocate on behalf of our clients the same way we would for a family member. Example casesOur firm negotiates settlements for clients in landlord-tenant situations; we handle divorce and child custody cases from start to finish; we plan and execute personalized estate plans for variously sized estates; we aggressively defend our clients throughout the criminal justice system; and we negotiate settlements with Insurance companies over automobile accidents.

Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

Most of our cases are handled on a flat fee basis to provide the most cost effective option for our clients. Our typical fees for most felony cases are $3000; misdemeanor cases are $1750; DUI cases are $1500; Traffic tickets are $300; Expungements are $1500; Unlawful detainers (Evictions) are $600; Uncontested Divorces are $2500. Our flat fees cover all attorneys fees up to any trial setting conference, trial rates can be negotiated either daily or hourly based on what works best for the client. If you mention that you were referred to us through, we will gladly offer you a discounted rate on our services.

We try and resolve each qualifying case through an alternative dispute resolution

Our firm works closely with the Inland Counties Justice Center to provide legal services to those in need; we also pride ourselves on making our services affordable

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Our law firm offers affordable, reliable and dependable legal services. We strive to make the legal process one that is as stress free as possible because we keep our clients informed, regularly update our clients with game plans and timelines and are available to take calls from our clients to put them at ease at times when other law firms have closed their doors for the evening and/or weekend.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

We believe that it is extremely helpful if our client's understand their current legal predicament, it enables them to understand what the judge and/or opposing counsel is saying in court, in helps them understand the timeline of the procedure and what the consequences may or may not be. We encourage our clients to educate themselves and to openly ask questions of their lead attorney.

We offer document review services in a range of legal fields

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

We offer low cost coaching for pro per clients but stress that evidence laws cannot be taught overnight.

We opened our law firm in 2012 with the premise of offering affordable and reliable legal services to those in our community. We strive to take care of all legal needs that may arise in a person's life from family law matters, estate and probate matters, criminal defense, landlord tenant issues, personal injury, and DUI defense. Our lawyers meet with our clients on a one-on-one basis to ensure an environment based on trust and reliability. The lawyer who you first meet will be your lawyer through your entire process.
