Estate planning and probate administration are an integral part of the full service approach of our firm.
The main goals of our estate planning department are to maximize and protect the assets of our clients by minimizing potential tax liability and costs of administration while putting in place a practical long term care plan. We offer planning to avoid probate and effect a prompt, less expensive means of transferring assets to one's designated beneficiaries. When probate administration is necessary, we strive to assist the family in managing and completing this process without any unnecessary delay.
Edmund Brennan is focusing his law practice on land use issues, small business representation, civil litigation and estate matters in the Probate Court.
