The main goals of our estate planning department are to maximize and protect the assets of our clients by minimizing potential tax liability and costs of administration while putting in place a practical long term care plan.
We offer planning to avoid probate and effect a prompt, less expensive means of transferring assets to one's designated beneficiaries. When probate administration is necessary, we strive to assist the family in managing and completing this process without any unnecessary delay.
