I am the owner and operator of the Bratcher Firm, focusing on DUI and criminal defense. Prior to starting my firm, I was an Assistant District Attorney in the Cherokee Judicial Circuit (Bartow and Gordon Counties) for more than 12 years. I have tried more than 100 trials to a jury and have handled more than 20 appeals before the Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals.
