Dan Branum is the owner of Branum PLLC, Attorneys at Law. Our office used to be in Downtown Dallas, but has moved to the small town of Olney Texas, near Wichita Falls and Graham, Texas.
Prior to founding Branum PLLC, Dan spent most of his career in the Litigation Section at the well-regarded international law firm of Locke Lord LLP. He also practiced at Figari + Davenport, a Texas top litigation boutique.
Dan has considerable experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts at every stage of the litigation process, from pre-suit investigation and settlement negotiation to trial and appellate work. Dan has worked with clients in numerous industries, including oil and gas, insurance, construction, agriculture, real estate, mortgage and lending, software development, and consumer finance.
Dan and his team also represent individuals in many types of cases including bad faith insurance suits, personal injury, and auto-accidents.
Dan is originally from Oklahoma, but he has spent most of his adult life in Austin, Houston, and Dallas. Now Dan and his family own a small farm in NW Texas and he works with clients across the states of Texas and Oklahoma. As such, Dan feels just as comfortable representing Fortune 500 companies as he does individuals and has been successful in both urban and rural courts.
