Firm Overview

When I opened the doors of Bradshaw Law Office in 1993, I recognized a need amongst individuals, associations and small and mid-sized businesses for a lawyer with the skill, expertise and commitment to tackle sophisticated problems or complex issues of first impression at competitive rates. Since that time, I have stayed true to the mission, helping clients navigate through proceedings without breaking their budgets.

In the tradition of Abraham Lincoln (another small firm lawyer) who according to legend walked a mile out of his way to return money to a client, the firm also goes that extra mile for all of its clients. Naturally, firm clients can always expect current legal research and representation from my firm. But to me, going the extra mile means more: returning phone calls within 24 hours, keeping clients informed of all options and developments in a case, ensuring that clients have time to review and approve documents before those documents are filed, getting cases resolved as quickly as the legal system will permit and investigating whether there are other sources, such as fee shifting statutes or insurance coverage which might cover legal costs.
