Anjana's practice focuses on immigration and nationality law. Anjana provides advice regarding United States immigration law to a wide range of clients, both individuals and corporations. She handles immigration matters related to family-based visas,citizenship, consular processing, waivers, removal defense, and employment-based visas.
She advises clients on U.S. immigration strategy and compliance. She makes written and oral submissions to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Consulates worldwide. She also represents clients in removal proceedings in immigration courts nationwide.
Anjana is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She regularly volunteers with legal clinics run by the King County Bar Association serving immigrant communities.
