Is your firm willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

Typically, we would only be interested in a case if we were involved in all aspects.

What are your policies about dividing work within the firm to make the process most cost-effective for the client?

Paralegals and support staff will be tasked with the majority of document drafting, a process which can save our clients hundreds, if not thousands of dollars.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

We do not currently offer any pro bono legal services.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We have three convenient locations throughout Central Ohio. In addition, initial consultations are always free, and our clients will always meet with an attorney on their initial visit. Our fees are highly competitive, and our attorneys have years of experience.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

It is wise for any client to educate him or herself in any legal matter. However, I would never suggest to a client self-representation.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

We do not review bankruptcy documents as once retained, we will prepare the documents for them. However, we do review dissolution documents for a fee.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

We do not coach clients.
