Child Custody
Lean on the experience of the attorneys at Bautista Law Group PLLC. when you need to establish or modify Custody orders in Arizona.
Child custody in Arizona has two separate parts: Legal Custody and Physical Custody.

In simple terms, Physical Custody refers to which parent the child is considered to live with as a primary residence as well as the specific Parenting Schedule each parent will follow.
Legal custody refers to which parent may make decisions with important matters such as Education, Health Care and Religion.
When determining Child Custody, the courts will rely on and consider a wide variety of factors related to the Child and the circumstances of each parent. Understanding these factors and the best ways to achieve your desired results for Custody can be challenging.
Child Support
Lean on the experience of the attorneys at Bautista Law Group PLLC. when you need to establish or modify CHILD SUPPORT orders in Arizona.
Even after you obtain your initial orders for Child Support, Spousal Maintenance, Parenting Time or Legal Decision-Making, you may find yourself wanting to make changes to the existing orders for a variety of reasons.

However, such modifications can only be made under certain circumstances and only if certain requirements have been met. The rules for Modifications can be difficult to understand and navigate alone.
