Yes. Almost all of my services are available on a fixed-fee basis. They range from Simple Wills for as little at $295 to a complete Living Trust Package for just $1,495. In the area of probate, I can often complete the probate process for just $1,917 which includes legal fees, court fees, and the cost to publish the Notice to Creditors.
Best times to catch me in the office are 10:00 a.m. until noon and 2:00 until 5:00 in the afternoon, Monday through Thursday.
