I can assist you with all business matters, and commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Attorney Cory Barack specializes in commercial, business, real estate, and energy law. He can help you with property sales, drafting contracts, setting up companies, and resolving disputes. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and is located in Eastern Ohio.
Trustworthiness - I am one of the very few lawyers that you will find anywhere who is not only a military veteran but also a war veteran. I graduated from the Air Force Academy and served as an active duty Air Force officer. I learned the value of integrity and selfless service long before becoming a lawyer.
Promptness - My experience is unique in that I worked as an attorney for a major corporation. While there, I gained experience in many areas of the law in a high-pressure environment. I work quickly and will frequently communicate with you throughout your legal matter.
Prior to starting his own law practice, Cory worked as an attorney in the mining industry, and worked in corporate finance. He is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law and a Distinguished Graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Class of 2001. He also holds an M.B.A. in Finance.
Cory began his career as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, and served in the Iraq War. He was born and raised in the Ohio Valley.
