Mark Atchley

I have dedicated myself to practicing bankruptcy law since 1994. I grew up in Santa Monica, California and attended Santa Monica College before moving on to Brigham Young University, where I earned a degree in Business Finance in 1990. I then graduated from law school in 1993.

I started off practicing primarily bankruptcy law in Los Angeles in 1994. After deciding to move my family to Arizona, I was admitted to the Arizona bar in 2002, and moved my practice to Mesa, Arizona. In 2004, with a childhood friend, Attorney Michael Delgado, we formed Atchley & Delgado, LLP. I am a proud member of NACA (National Association of Consumer Advocates), and NACBA (National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys) as well as the State Bars of both Arizona and California.

Atchley Law Firm, PLC is a small office, with a personable and friendly staff. I meet personally with each potential client to discuss their personal financial situation, and advise each person of their options. I am focused on meeting each client's personal needs, and understand the difficulties experienced by those contemplating bankruptcy or the hassle of applying for SSDI.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three kids. I am an avid traveler and enjoy many sports including mountain biking, racquetball, water sports and running.
