Our criminal and DUI fees are fixed fees. We offer tier level fees. If Misdemeanor, we charge one fee for the representation up to trial and then a fee for the trial should you decide to hire us through the trial. For felony cases, we charge one fee up to the preliminary hearing, a separate fee for the preliminary hearing and a separate fee for trial should your felony case go that far. We do not take cases on retainer. No matter how many times we have to go to court for you, you pay one fee. For our Personal Injury clients, we offer a no fee guarantee. If we don't win your case, we don't get attorney fees or case costs.
