Ms. Sunkin is very experienced in all bankruptcy matters and is well versed in debtor/creditor rights, negotiations and drafting of legal arguments in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court - District of Arizona; U.S. District Court - District of Arizona; 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel; and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
She is skilled in determining the correct avenue for clients facing major litigation issues as well as workouts with creditors. She is well known and respected within the legal community and has a good working relationship with the bankruptcy Trustees.
Not only is Ms. Sunkin a dedicated attorney for the Firm and our clients, she volunteers at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court's Self-Help Center. In 2018, Ms. Sunkin was the recipient of the "Honorable Sarah Sharer Curley Self Help Center Volunteer Award".
