Founded by entrepreneurs Gwen Griggs and Whitney Harper, ADVOS started with the premise that the same principles driving successful, scalable, high-growth companies could be used to deliver outsized results in the legal arena for both clients and lawyers.

She founded the Jacksonville Women's Business Center and GrowJax, a Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce initiative serving second-stage business owners with between $1 million and $50 million in revenue and 10-99 employees. She currently serves as the Chapter President for the Association for Corporate Growth of North Florida, a member of the Florida ACG Capital Connection Committee and several subcommittees, a Board Member for the Florida Venture Forum and is an alumna of Leadership Jacksonville's 2005 class.
