Customization Is Critical:
When you choose us, we will not simply create an estate plan, we will create your estate plan. Customization is critical, because we want to achieve your goals, which may be substantially different than the goals of others. That is why one-size-fits-all is not a size we deal in at our law firm. We are not a mill that churns out fast and cheap estate plans, because time and time again we have seen such plans proven ineffective.

We will begin by conducting an in-depth discussion with you. You may decide to include your spouse in this discussion or keep it confidential. We will ask you questions about your family, your goals and your income. What assets do you have and how would you like them preserved for the next generation? We will gather all of the specifics necessary to create a customized estate plan for you.

Our combination of experience and personal attention means we are equipped to address estates of all sizes, including those with substantial assets.
