Steve McCloskey has an extensive background in real estate. For 12 years he was the property manager of large commercial and residential developments. As a practicing attorney for the last 20 years, he has handled many real estate cases. He has written a book on the subject of real property, published by Prentice Hall and entitled Essentials of Real Estate Law, and also authored the book Bond and Surety Law in North Carolina, as well as a number of law review articles. Steve attended Virginia Tech as an undergraduate, received his J.D. from North Carolina Central School of Law, and earned a Master of Legal Letters in Elder Law and Estate Planning from Western New England School of Law. Steve’s law firm, Steven A. McCloskey, Attorney at Law, is based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
