Robert Herreria

Robert is a practicing immigration attorney with Jackson & Hertogs, a corporate and business employment immigration law firm in San Francisco, California.  His background in immigration matters includes extensive experience practicing in employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, removal/deportation defense, and asylum/refugee work. He also has prior legal internships with Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Executive Office for Immigration Review.

Robert received his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.   He is licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Robert’s hobbies including graphic and web design, basketball, skiing, poker, and the occasional computer game.
