Hilary Goldberg, J.D., is a practicing attorney and a professor of real estate and business law. Ms. Goldberg specializes in real estate, employment, and business litigation, and her academic research and scholarship have been published in peer-reviewed journals.

Ms. Goldberg began her legal career in 2003 in Chicago working for a prominent zoning and land use firm. In 2005, she joined the California Bar and continued her work in real estate litigation, while also expanding her practice to include general corporate, employment, contract, and intellectual property-related cases.
