Plyler v. Doe (1982) Definition

A U.S. Supreme Court case that found unconstitutional, under the 14th Amendment equal protection clause, a Texas law that withheld from public schools state education funds for any students not lawfully admitted to the United States, and allowed schools to deny enrollment to those students.
