341 Notice Definition
A notice sent to the debtor and creditors in a bankruptcy case, which announces the date, time, and location of the first meeting of creditors. The 341 notice is sent along with the notice of bankruptcy filing and information about important deadlines by which creditors have to take certain actions to preserve their rights in the case.
