The computer you use to purchase a downloadable software must be the same computer on which you will install and use it. Wait until you're on the computer you intend to install the program on and then make your purchase.

In addition, you will not be able to download this file if:

  • cookies are disabled on your computer, or
  • a firewall prevents you from downloading files from the Internet.

Software Download and Installation Instructions

  1. Click the "Download Now" button to begin downloading the file to your computer.
  2. Write down the name of the file you are downloading. We highly recommend downloading it to your computer's Desktop, where it will be easy to find.

    NOTE: If you can't successfully download the file because your Internet connection breaks off, contact Nolo Tech Support at support@nolo.com.

  3. Once the download is complete, locate the setup file that you downloaded and double click it.
  4. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
  5. When setup is done, use your Windows "Start" button to find and open the program you just installed.
