Who's legally responsible for the flooding in my new home's basement?
I bought a home this past fall. The disclosure sheet stated there were no water problems in the basement. Guess what? During severe rainstorms, the water leaked in many places (one was behind the electrical box). I wrote to the contractor, and he said he'd try to fix the problem. But is it also time to call my attorney?
