Even if you signed a lease that doesn't provide an option to extend it, you and your landlord may agree to a lease extension. Use this form to extend the term of your agreement. Your original lease will continue to be in effect after you sign it.
Important to Know
- If you have a formal option in your lease to extend your tenancy, use "Notice of Exercise of Commercial Lease Option" instead of this document.
- You'll be able to make minor changes to your original lease with this document.
- If you and your landlord agree to substantial changes in the lease, use "Amendment of Commercial Lease" to do so. But if agreed-upon changes to a lease are numerous or complex, create a new lease.
