Use this form when someone writes you a bad check and you’re not able to resolve the issue any other way.

Bad checks are a bit dicey: On the one hand, writing a bad check is a crime -- but on the other, such crimes are rarely prosecuted. With this formal demand letter, you'll be able to point out that, should the problem go to court, you may sue for not only the amount, but the maximum amount allowed by your state, plus other expenses. In most cases, the check writer will see the sense in dealing with you outside of court.
