What's New in the 5th Edition of Forms for Starting & Running a Business
Overview of What's New
There have been no broad legal changes that affect small business forms since the 4th edition, but the new edition contains many small changes, including:
- an optional attorneys’ fees clause that can be used in most agreements,
- an updated IRS form (Form 940), which replaces the previous Forms 940 and 940-EZ used for filing an employer’s annual federal unemployment tax return, and
- updated instructions throughout to make using the agreements and forms in the book even easier.
