For years, libraries have been telling us that Nolo books are among the most stolen from libraries. We can help you do something about it: Nolo will replace stolen Nolo books for FREE!

Here's how it works:

• You qualify for replacement books based on your library’s direct business with us over the previous year. (We'll let you know around March how many free books you qualify for.)
• If you are a library earning the higher discount from Nolo's standing order program, you'll qualify for even more replacement books for each dollar spent!
• We will replace only Nolo books. This offer does not apply to books or software we may distribute for other publishers.
• The replacement books you chose must have been published at least six months before your request.
• Make sure all of your replacement book requests reach us by December 31st.
• Please note -- you may not carry over your Stolen Book “allotment” to the next year.

• We do ask that you pay a flat rate of $7.00 per shipment of your replacements, so the more you order at one time, the better.
• Remember, we'll only replace books from Nolo, Berkeley CA, ISBN prefixes 0-87337- and 1-4133.
• Please reference the account number when you call or write us.
• Please, no P.O. boxes.
• The annual deadline for ordering your replacement copies for the previous calendar year is December 31.
