Statute Citation Error in Bankruptcy Books

We refer to an incorrect statute on sample Schedule C in the following books:

• How to File for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, page 158, Chapter 6
• Chapter 13 Bankruptcy: Keep Your Property & Repay Debts Over Time, page 109, Chapter 7
• The New Bankruptcy: Will It Work for You?, page 326, Appendix C

On the sample Schedule C in the "Description of Property" column is an entry titled "Wearing Apparel." The accompanying citation to the law for this entry is listed as C.C.P. § 703.140(b)(5). This citation is incorrect. It should be C.C.P. § 703.140(b)(3).
