Ohio Homestead Exemption Increased to $132,900

On April 1, 2013, the Ohio homestead exemption increased to $132,900.  This is a huge jump -- the previous exemption amount was $21,625. Ohio increased other exemption amounts as well. For details on the new amounts, see Ohio Bankruptcy Exemptions.
