Incomplete Judicial Council Form in California Tenant's Rights

Appendix A of California Tenants Rights includes a form for use by tenants when defending against an eviction. Form DISC-003/UD106 is a seven-page set of questions, or interrogatories, that tenants can give to landlords as part of the discovery phase of the lawsuit.
