Disclosure Document Program Discontinued

The Disclosure Document Program of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has been discontinued. This program was mentioned on page 11 of Nolo's book Patent Pending in 24 Hours. The best means of documenting invention conception is now via an inventor's notebook as described in Chapter 2 of that book.
