Correction to How to Form Your Own California Corporation

There is an error in How to Form Your Own California Corporation in Appendix B and on the CD-ROM. The correction is in Article IX, Amendment of Bylaws, and relates to the vote required by shareholders to amend the bylaws to reduce the number of directors to less than five. In Section 1, By Shareholders, of Article IX, the number "66 2/3 percent" should be deleted and replaced with "16 2/3 percent."
