Additions to Social Security Disability's Compassionate Allowances List

The Social Security Administration has added 52 new medical conditions to its Compassionate Allowance List (CAL), allowing applications alleging these conditions to be expedited, starting in August of 2012. In addition, Social Security plans to add Huntington's Disease to the CAL by the end of 2012.
