The Department of Labor (DOL) has issued a new poster and forms for employers who must comply with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). These materials incorporate the new leave requirements for employees with family members in the military and the final regulations just released by the DOL. These regulations are effective January 16, 2009.
