Fiance & Marriage Visas

5. Legal Publications
Two high-quality and popular resources used by immigration lawyers are Interpreter Releases, a weekly update published by Thomsen West; and Immigration Law and Procedure, a multivolume, continually updated looseleaf set by Stanley Mailman and Stephen Yale-Loehr (LexisNexis). Again, you should be able to find both at your local law library. Both are very well indexed. They are written for lawyers, so you’ll have to wade through some technical terminology.
