I usually exceed my required hours of continuing legal education by attending the annual American Immigration Lawyers Association Conferences. Also, I spend on average one to two hours per day reading and analyzing immigration law updates and articles to stay current with the law.

I have been quoted by the San Jose Mercury News in its bi-weekly immigration columns, and I have written articles for The Fremont Business Review. I was also featured in the Chinese Consumer Yellow Pages among the most successful Asian-American professionals in Northern California.

I have successfully represented hundreds of cases with various immigration matters including those involving marriage, adoptions, H-1B work visas and other types of employment-based and family-based immigration.

I also was selected as a magistrate's advisor in the U.K. Court, regarding U.S. Immigration law and inter-country adoption matters.

Most immigration services are billed on flat fee basis. For appeals and more complex matters, we charge on an hourly basis.

We also offer monthly/installment payment plans and payments by credit cards.

We offer free limited phone consultations for new clients with new matters. Our fee for initial office consultation is $100 (up to one hour). We will apply this consultation fee to the retainer if our service is retained within 15 days after the initial consultation for the same matter.
