Horspool & Parker focuses on estate planning, estate administration, conservatorships and trust administration. We began our firm in January of 2005.
Before starting Horspool & Parker I was a partner in the firm of Hartnell, Horspool & Fox or its predecessor for 22 years.
I sit as a judge pro tem for San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
I believe it is important for the client to educate themselves as much as possible. We are a part of that education process.
I find that reviewing client prepared documents is generally more time consuming then obtaining the information from the client and then preparing the document to meet the clients' goals.
I am willing to consult with individuals on an as needed basis.
I was an avid watcher of Perry Mason as a young boy and his experiences in helping people inspired me. I enjoy helping people solve their most personal problems generally involving family matters of the most sensitive natures.
My education in accounting assists in the estate planning aspect of my practice, and my 25 years experience in working in this area of law has helped me understand the problems that people have in family matters.
It is an area where there is generally an opportunity to provide assistance to those in need and where I am generally working in a cooperative manner with all parties involved.
I like that I can really help people.
We have a highly trained staff dedicated to assisting our clients in the appropriate resolution of their legal matter.
My unique strength is the length of my experience in the relationships I have developed with other attorneys in the same areas of practice. This allows me to call upon their knowledge and expertise if I am presented with a new legal issue.
I am open and friendly. My style is to work with opposing counsel to effect an appropriate resolution at the least cost and the least amount of emotional pain to my client.
I like to travel, read and work in my yard and growing things.
