Firm Focus and History

I'm a solo practitioner and I have been practicing workers' compensation law for the past 13 years. I strongly sympathize with the rights of injured employees and do my very best in representing them.

Previous Employment Summary

I began practicing workers' compensation law in 1993 and joined the law firm of Tarlowe & Tarlowe in 1995. I worked for the law firm until 2003 when the senior partner retired. After that, I went into practice on my own and have continued to represent employees in workers' compensation cases since that time.

Activities and Awards

I have served as a Judge pro tem at the Long Beach Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.

What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Yes.

Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

No, I will not do this because of legal liability issues.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?
