As long as they fully understand what they have learned, it's not a problem.

In criminal law, this would seldom be a request.

It's never advisable to represent yourself in a criminal case.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

Because it's a fascinating and rewarding profession.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

I stay current with all the legal literature, reading all the recently published cases and articles in criminal law.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

I found criminal law challenging and interesting.

What I like best is the satisfaction of helping a client.

I am a sole practitioner, practicing criminal law exclusively for over 30 years.

What are your strengths and style?

I have tried over 100 criminal jury trials and represented literally thousands of clients in my 33 years of practice.

As a consequence, I have handled virtually every possible type of criminal case. My experience is vast and my knowledge of criminal law extensive.
